This license is for applicators who apply pesticides to golf
courses, parks and cemeteries. However, pesticide
applications within 10 feet of a building would require the
Limited Commercial Maintenance or Pest Control Operators
Certificate.

Renewal Information
16 CEUs are required for renewal. 12 CEUs must be from
the O & T category, and 4 CEUs must be from the Core
